Ky, I can come a little close to yours, but not match it lol.
my very first lvl3 mission EVER, Orduin PTS agent gave me a +3 mem implant.
5 weeks and a jazillionbillion missions later, Brutor neg quality lvl3 agent gave me a +3 CHA implant.
i like implants, and feel like I have done more than my share of missions to get a new one...but I'm not at the point of complaining yet (even when I see guys getting 3 within a few days lol grrrrrr).
keeps me playing.

With the introduction of +1 and +2 level implants it's not unusual to get many implants in a short time.
