In other words, stop jet can mining in secure space and use secure cans, no such thing as an ore thief as the ore didn't belong to you after you threw it in the garbage.
EDIT: And you might as well remove that pic now, before Polaris removes it for you since you cannot post pictures in posts.
You cant use secure cans in 1.0-.8 space, if you try to someone will just come and scoop it up.

It means you cant steal all those harvester drones inside of a domi unless you blow it up, it doesnt mean you cant steal from a jet can. They mean you cant take anything from someones cargo hold without blowing them up.
