I got a couple of motherships laying around, in case I encounter a ECM heavy force.
Another alternative is the ULTIMA MEGA BLOB, but that only works assuming the enemy doesn't have sub commanders etc.

or, bring along something that can fire citadel torps. With enough webbing and painting going on, those things'll happily pop a logistics cruiser.

I'd go with drones, most ECM ships can't really effectively field disco setups to fend them off.
That or you could hot drop a mothership or two and ruin their day real quick.

well... ecm may seem like _the_ thing to do but experienced logis pack an eccm or two these days. or they just warp/jump out real quick, back after not much more than 30 seconds.
neuts are a lot sneakier, 100% certain and without cap they're even more useless. dont think you have to destroy all the cap yourself; they do that quite nicely on their own, you just have to topple their cap stability. logis just create more HP out of cap - destroying it indericetly destroys a whole lot of HP.
so if you're in one of those battleship "short range ammo, warp to 0" skirmishes, feel free to let a heavy neut wander over to one of the logis - i'm sure they're hugging their big friends anyway. if they're some km off, yes, send in the curses. only if those arent available, start jamming. until then, let those loose on _their_ curses -.-

Taking down enemy RRBS gangs would be a lot harder if this were the case.
Agreed any RRBS should fit ECCM but by judging on the number of falcon whines I would say this is not the norm.

Heavy ecm fleet does not mean ecm only ships. Only 2-3 zealots would face melt two dussin SBs in seconds. That won't work.

Have your fleet trained to lock up 3 of their own targets, and have them damage cycle those 3 targets every 30 seconds or so. If the logistics fleet is small-ish you can have the FC call the 3 targets, but any mid sized fleet with over 10 to 15 logistics probably needs to be dealt with on individual target basis. Battleships kill the DPS ships, and support goes after the logistics component. They will be giving up a lot of DPS, and if they are not highly trained, it fails pretty fast.
