(and moreover popularized it's abilities proving how easy it was to kill nanos/recons pre-QR) -He is, in my opinion, the embodiment of the dying-breed solo-pirate. Any l33t pirate can come in here spewing stats because they camp gates and run around in 10+ BS/CS gangs with double falcons. But ask them if they're willing to jump a navy mega into a 10 man gatecamp three times a week. In conclusion, all the smacktalk you're spewing is in vein, at best, and genos/heretics are trolling you. I seriously hope the measure taken by GM's is reconsidered, as eve itself is losing not only a pilot but an idea, controversial as it is. /thread [center]

He wasn't a very good PVP'er in any respect, as I caught him out a few times. It wasn't me being good, but him doing stupid things, like jumping within what he thinks is a safe distance from a fleet, and then smacking so much in local, he doesn't notice the incoming interceptors. Or warping to gate and forgetting to jump, leaving himself wide open and vulnerable. Some may say smack is part of the game, but frankly, I just ignore it. Everyone else should, as smack only has power if you respond. It certainly cost Garmon, both his ships and now his account. He'll get back on somehow, but will end up doing exactly the same again. He doesn't exactly strike me as the sharpest tool in the box (but definately a tool).

EDIT: Read the last part of your corp, not sure who you are but I remember a fight in LXQ where we couldn't post all our losses on the heretics bored and also a zealot kill was bugged. ALL these kills/losses are posted on GENOS board, if thats what you're referring to. the genos board is api-linked.

Nobody catches 100% of losses not posted, and often you won't catch 100% of all the kills you appear on either (for example, you engage someone but then disengage, and later they are killed by someone else but the km still shows you on it, etc). Missing 1 or 2 losses from random opponents that you don't fight on a regular basis, that's understandable. API is notoriously buggy and absolutely is not foolproof, it misses kills and losses all the time. Anyone who thinks for a moment that enabling API gurantees their kb accuracy is an r-tard tbh. So you do what you can, including syncing your kb with the kb's of all your locals (friend and foe, anyone you've fought more than twice), rss feeds with the mainstream public kb's, lolbattleclinic, etc. Then you just spot check the corp kill/loss data in game for sanity checks every once in a while as needed. Had you actually done any of this you'd probably be off by a kill or two vs joe random corp, someone not in your area who does not actually fight you on a regular basis. If that had been the case I wouldn't have posted in this thread. But it's obvious that you do not do these things, in fact I doubt you even have API setup for all corps in your alliance, as your missing too many losses, some are all from the same pilot, which proves that you don't actually monitor jack sh*t. -------------------------- NOTR How to Fail at Eve
