Do any of you think the Imicus frigate would be any good for PvP, and if you were to fly it as such, how would you fit it?
Im looking at it now and tbh, I dont see it working so well....but I can dream, right?

Well, it really depends what you want to do for pvp.
If you want to tackle or inflict damage, a Incursus or Tristan would be a better choice for you I think. Or if you want to go down the Ewar route, the Maulus.
But the Imicus has it's place (even if it's not the prettiest ship around). As it gets a astrometrics bonus, it can be used as a cheap scout to scan down targets or it can be the first through the gate (you'll likely end up dying to a gate camp at some point, but better the scout than the whole group).
The drone bay is nice as well considering it is a tech 1 frigate. If you really want to inflict damage with an Imicus, put some Hobgoblin II drones in the drone bay, though the drones may end up costing more than the actual ship.

Ah yes! The Imicus... Although I wouldn't recommend it for any REAL serious PVP... Maybe can baiting some noobs or can flipping maybe? Anyways, here is a fit I came up with when I thought of doing it myself! 
Highs:
1x T2 Electron Blaster 1x T2 Ion Blaster
Mids:
1x Web 1x Scram
Lows:
1x 200mm RT 1x DCU
Drones:
3x Hobgoblins
Should fit with Engy5. I never tried it though admittedly but if you MUST and INSIST on doing it in this... ship... then try this

Tbh I feel this is the way to go with an imicus for general pvp:
1x 125mm autocannon II + barrage s
1x sisters recon probe launcher + probes
1x 1mn MWD II
1x warp disruptor II
2x beta cap power relay
1x gravity cap upgrade rig/1x engine thermal shielding rig
2x aux thruster rigs
3x hobgob II
Why you wouldn't do this in a cov ops I wouldn't know :)
The main thing is using the drone control range, so another fun cheap (tech II) set up would be:
2x 200mm AC II + barrage
1x 1mn AB II
1x warp disruptor II
2x overdrive injector II
3x warrior II
Funnier, cheaper, but this is just begging to be upgraded to an ishkur
