Is there a known bug this patch for skill training that causes it NOT to update to the new rank once the training is completed?
I was attempting to train empathy to level 2 when after the alloted time it ceased to train but did not update the rank..
Yes, i was watching it as it happended so i know it actually happened and not just a mistake on my end...
Below is the email notifications that state it was finished but in fact did not update...

Happens all the time, start it again back to the lvl you just trained it to then cancel. Look again and it'll be at the right lvl

Starting a new skill and then closing and opening the character sheet usually works for me.
