Well... first of all I asked cyber about a week before if my standings on my char would affect the standings he would be giveing my corp, he said "NO" then the day of his joining my corp he changes the story. This is the email I got in game from him.

Questions about you standings - do you have any faction standings? (as I can see you did some missions). I think it's better to transfer CEO of the corp for next 7 days to temporary fresh alt.
Otherwise it may cost you additional isk if the corp standings will not rise due to your standings and additional 1-2 days of standings booster alt's time will be required.

I end up having to create a new char to be ceo of my corp. So either he didnt look at my standings which are non existant in the first place or he lied. So I also had to remove my main char from corp which took another 24hrs. Also where did this 1-2 days extra time come from. I never agreed to anything more than 7 days. lol and he thinks he is going to charge me extra for his screw up lol.
Then after all that crap got sorted out he said he would have his app in right after downtime. I log in about 3hrs after downtime to accept the app and i dont find one anywhere. I private him and he says "I am on my way, be there in 10-20min", It takes him another 10min to just log on the char that he plans to use and about 15min later his app is in. He should have had the app in and been waiting on me to get on and accept it, not the other way around. And there where no updates during the process as he said there would be. Infact he was afk during the whole process.
Now for my part, there should be no last minute suprises in business especially when this whole thing has been being planned for the last week. His customer service is terrible, his attention to detail is as poor as it can get, his word means less than nothing, his timing leaves much to be desired, as well as his business skills. For buying corps from him I guess he would be ok, BUT for custom jobs save yourself the headache and RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN else where!
