Evemon had some lvl 4 setups for the cerb. I was wondering if this is actually a good ship to run lvl 4's with (solo)?
Expesially with the recent changes in [QR]. If so, what's your favorite fitting?

Kill missions? Good Luck you will need all of it.

You can do lv4 in a cerb. Pretty much speed tank / use some faction boosters and you'll be fine.
Problem is that you will take too long to complete most missions, you're almost always better off in a raven and in the times that you aren't you can really just turn those missions down cus they are too easy.
Cerb < Raven < Nighthawk < Paladin / Golem

I rat in it just fine, but the number of ships in missions might make it a bit hairy.

I used to run lvl 4's in a cerb. I never had any issues. Was great until I finally got my Nighthawk. Had a nice perma setup too :)

Back in the days when I still could do L4's... I used to solo any L4 mission in Umokka (Caldari space) in a Cerb. Personally I preferred it to a Nighthawk because of the range bonus. I don't know how feasible it is now with the advent of QR and the changes that came with it, personally I can't see there being any problem. As long as you fit the thing well, you should be fine. I guess I'll soon find out again on my 2nd acct.
I think I used summin like:
5 x T2 HML (Faction Ammo)
2 LSE II
1 x Shield Recharger II or Passive Hardener (Mission dependent)
2 x Mission specific active hardeners
2 x BCU II
1 x PDU II
1 x DCU II
Rigs:
Anti EM
Bay Loading Accelerator
A slightly odd fit maybe, worked well for me, I laughed at 9 Guristas Ravens hitting me for 16 damage per torp...
At least you have the option of dicating your own range with good skills.
