Way overkill on the defense rating. Get a couple of small boosters, or a medium one instead of the XL, and replace your CPR with a 4th BCU. I have a similar setup, and it works very well for L4s.

In that case, it's a horrible setup and a waste of money. You'll lose it and cry about how much it cost you. It's not worth taking anything other than T2 mods into PvP unless you have lots of cash or unless you know for sure you have a small chance of losing your ship. But hey it's your cash.

fleet
a drake hardly ever gets nos'ed coz its always passive so with an active tank you can put the bcu's on and it will throw out a lot of dps, And in most fights if im in a drake i dont get primaried so this is a pretty good setup i think

It all depends on where you're going to fly this ship. If you're flying it in a belt near me, it's awesome. If you're going to go lose it out in 0.0 where I can't loot it, it sucks. ----------- Blaster sig removed for now, pending those "changes we've been working on all day". CCP, don't screw this up.

[Raven, New Setup 1] 3 x Ballistic Control System II 1 x Reactor Control Unit II 1 x Power Diagnostic System II
3 x Large Shield Extender II 2 x Invulnerability Field II 1 x Target Painter II
6 x Siege Missile Launcher II, Caldari Navy Inferno Torpedo 2 x Heavy Unstable Power Fluctuator I
3 x Core Defence Field Extender I
5 x Hammerhead II
1107 dps, explosion radius 450m, cap drain 50 cap/s, target sig radius +37.5%
Ok talking honestly now, how many minutes do you think, estimating cost here, your 6 billion isk drake will last against my 200 mill isk raven?
The answer is not many because your 900 dps tank (which is pretty weak considering the isk you put in) is going to be more like a 100 dps tank and 500 dps is going to take a fair while chewing a hole in up to 130k EHP.
And while it may ''just be pixels'' I think I would enjoy fielding 30 high damage ravens over 1 failing drake.
Oh and also as soon as you lose one you will be hunted for your insane drops.

Get t2 ccc's, lose power relay for a damage control, lose shield extender for a cap recharger?
t2 rigs a bit expensive, but so is the rest of your ship. Should boost your tank nicely. At the very least, fit a faction / best named t1 capacitor power relay rather than t2.

vostok your ship has no tackle gear at all hed just fly away.
daynes steel regardless or how rich you are there is sens and no sense, that setup for pvp is no sens except if you are making a video but then again faction ships are way more prestige and cool. why is that setup not good for pvp , cos i doubt you will have 5-10 of them a month and fly them no different then any other ship into traps and bad looking situations. Effectiveness: I've seen many players fly ships that are to valuable for them to lose or at least to lose frequently and therefor they fly them like chickens, running from the really interesting battles , flying them boringly and loosing them to a blob. I recommended spending your isk in buying an armada of ships (many t1 insured some t2 specialized) and flying them into every pvp situation where you might have the chance of success no matter how little it might be and if you die and the foe is weakened just keep coming back in the next ship. On some ships with importend roles you might argue that a expensive fit might bring the edge but your drake has no use at all. what would a fleet want you for? Your foe would just ignore you for being of absolutely no meaning to the battle at all or you'd get primary and die utterly and in shame! besides you have no deafens against eware, nos/newt, speed,... ask yourself the following question: " What is your function in life. He said specifically that this was gang combat and I'd just like to point out that his fitting has no tackle either...
I was just trying to show that a ship that costs 1/30th of his will easily be more useful in gang. - Adaptation is not an excuse for lack of ballance! -

besides your a 2008(6,08) lowsec outlaw of -9.9 chances are high that your a meaningless troll a ebayer or an really lucky beginner, i'd bet on troll. Spend your isk in auctioning an character. with 5month youd probably not be able to fly a drake all to effective with such fitting imaginations.
Troll!
funny i never said i had the isk to fly this and im hurt that you would think of me as a troll... though if i had of put this on battleclinic i think ppl would have been jumping for joy at not just seeing another passive drake setup

1. You did say "it's just pixels" when people told you it was too expensive for a PvP ship, which implies you had cash to throw around. 2. Try putting this on battleclinic as a PvP Drake setup and see the comments you'd get. I'm guessing compared to those comments the ones above would be considered very kind. It's also likely that the same people browse both forums.

Please, oh please fly that near me. I won't have neutralizers.
The fit fails for quite a few reasons
1. You can't tank on cap recharge in PvP, neuts will eat you alive and you have no way to regain cap back fast enough (and yes, you should neut Drakes in PvP to turn off the Invul IIs). Even then, you rely on the NOS to make you cap stable.
2. No tackle, no MWD
3. You don't have the Crystal Omega in.
