We aim to give each customer the fastest and best service possible. Please visit us at an office in an asteroid belt near you! But yeah .. I hate that logging off stuff. Kinda hard to ransom a pod with no-one home. The unfortunate fact is that they're probably too lagged to realize what's happening and are logging off in a sad attempt to save their ship. Oh well.
