Eve is ususual in that death can come with large penalties (and it's all the better for them), implants are one of the main penalties.
It is unfair that carebears learn faster than pvpers (release a set of +1's that boost mission/minning income?!?!?!) but fankly tough luck.
Still I've always thought ccp should introduce a system allowing implants & hardwirings to be recovered from corpses (with associated proffesion skills & damaged implants etc).
It would allow pvpers better opertunities to earn some isk even if it is mainly off other pvpers.

Seriously though, I would think booster-style items would be better for creation than implant-style ones.

While I still would like to see this implemented, I find that I am no longer getting any enjoyment out of arguing for it. As such, I give up.

Why bother having learning implants at all?? Just increase everyones base attributes by 5 and remove them entirely.. 
Of course I can understand where your coming from.. but this is a ridiculous idea.. With skill and patience/luck its possible to PVP for extended periods of time with learning implants safely tucked away in your head.. Stop flying shuttles through Rancer and you'll be fine.

bad idea
when u pvp u have to sacrifice something -
implants just like ship equipment - u can get different customization
