This is a little old-school (I know not so current), how about Geoff Tate of Queensr che?
I remember his vocals in Silent Lucidity, that guy had great vocal skills.
As for current, Perfect Circle/Tool definitely owns all!

He is doing great music and I love APC and Tool, but honestly he is not a very good singer. But at least there is not a lof difference between his album voice and the live voice. :)

Well, yeah, Maynard is a GREAT vocalist, but I think Jens Kidman from Meshuggah is a good vocalist for the type of stuff he sings....

Mike Patton was awesome on the one album he did for Dillinger Escape Plan.
Best vocalist ever... I'd go with Jessika from Jack off Jill. Her voice makes my crotch do bad things.
