I simply scam goons and test into being members of my daily news letters. On a personal note, I do feel guilty for preying on the weak minded. Not as much these days, but when I first started scamming them.

I run 3 accounts and do both
Right now, thanks to the Exchange rate, I'll buy a GTC for -ú22 from shattered crystal and sub two of the accounts, and the 3rd plex (its the money maker production / trader) it pays for itself, and all my pewing needs.
If money is tight, looking a lil tight for the month I'll plex all 3 for the month with ISK. Being Freelance I have to play it by ear sometimes.

I pay with RL money. Cash to be exact. Which I have a lot of. After selling my body over at the retirement home (old ladies are lonely and spend their money like there's no tomorrow... because for them it's an actual possibility).

I've personally never used PLEX for my game time. I typically earn somewhere between 500 to a bil ISK per month just doing my normal game playing. 72k before taxes for a single income is about double the average. Consider yourself luck and keep using PLEX.

Every week that I clean out my Ferrari I am able to find a few hundred dollars that I subsequently dump into EvE. Basically just using pocket change to pay for a few months and maybe a few billion isk on the side. |

Unless you are someone who has played for years and has 50b+ ISK I really don't see the point in using PLEX to sub an account. If you have no other alternative then maybe, but how do you pay for a computer/internet/power but not $15 a month for a subscription o_O. Anyways! Just remember opportunity cost. c:

I pay with my credit card. Because my credit score went down not long ago from not carrying enough revolving balances, so for the good of my credit score I need to buy dumb **** on the internet with a credit card. I bought a laptop, an HDTV, and have a recurring Eve sub. Winning!

I pay my subscribtion with RL money. I have 2 original bought PLEX as reserve - just for to be prepared.
I do not want to spend my time with grinding in order to get into the next month of play where i also have to grind for the next month and so on. |

I get a decent enough yearly bouns from work so I sub on a yearly basis, saves a little money and then when I want something shiny but cba to go pew stuff for it I'll get a GTC or two if there's a deal somewhere.
I'd rather spend my time making things explode than doing pve content. |

Sometimes PLEX ( from the EVE Market ) and sometimes the subscription price.
It all depends on how active i was in the past month.
I used to do it with PLEX only, but that was back when it had a "normal" price of about 320 M ISK.

when running incursions/flying in WH's when a plex was only an hour or two of gametime for me, I would plex all 3 of my accts. Now that I'm not doing those, am paying with $... but when 1 acct is 2 hours of work (after taxes), i'm not entirely sure how much longer I really want to be spending that much money for 3 accts when 1 would serve all my current needs...
