With Skit on the field, because he can fly all races and has three different EW specs to V, your opponents never know what's coming, and you always have the advantage of flexibility, while still enjoying the benefits of specialization thanks to his laser-tight focus on T2 cruiser- and frigate-class ships. All this, plus there is absolutely nobody better to fly your faction cruisers and frigates.
67M SP means lots of skills.
Highlights:
ALL FOUR RACES CRUISER and FRIGATE to V
*PERFECT* sensor dampening skills (including Sensor Linking V!)
*PERFECT* jamming skills (including EW V!)
*PERFECT* tracking disruption skills (including Weapon Disruption V!)
*PERFECT* capacitor skills
*PERFECT* targeting skills (w/ Multitasking III)
*PERFECT* MWD skills
*PERFECT* armor rep skills
*PERFECT* scan time skills (83-second scan time with a Sisters launcher, or 16 seconds (!!!) with a Recon launcher)
*PERFECT* learning (except Charisma, meh)
Surgical Strike V, Rapid Firing V, Sharpshooter V, Controlled Bursts V
Can use a Covert Cynosural Generator!
Covert Ops V (plus Cruise Missiles V, for Stealth Bomber pwnage)
Interceptors V (and don't forget perfect nav skills!)
Recon V (and perfect ECM/damp skills, and perfect jamming skills, and..., and...)

Has a couple Minmatar R&D agents. No real assets to speak of. He's sitting in a 4-piece set of +4's. Connections V and great (re-)processing/refining skills.
Auction Rules as follows
* Auction ends at 00:30 Eve Time on December 6th
* Minimum Bid - 12b
* Minimum Bid Increment - 500m
* Buyout - 30b (though you're welcome to make offers)
* In-game bids cannot be considered.
* Alt bids are welcome provided you EVEMail me in-game **after** posting here (if you don't want to reveal your tournament strategy, for example).
* There will be a 15-minute sniper rule in effect.

Are you crazy? Perfect recon skills alone make for a great tournament character; add on top of that that the only EW with which Skit isn't perfect is target painters, and you have the makings of a great tournament character. Then add on the fact that Skit can fly all four races perfectly (making him great for faction ships, too), and has Stealth Bombers, HICs, AFs, HACs, and more covered by level V skills, and you're crazy not to recognize a great tournament character when you see it.
What are you looking for in a tournament character if not exactly this?

He has Repair Systems V, Hull Upgrades V, and Mechanic V, so the only subcapital armor-tanking skills he doesn't have at V are his armor comps. He could have all of them at IV in just over five days, so that's not really an objection. As far as shield-tanking skills, he has T2 shield hardeners and is about two weeks away from being able to use every T2 shield module in the game (Shield Management and Shield Operation). I'm not sure it's really fair to call his tanking skills subpar when less than three weeks of training would make them effectively perfect for both armor and shield.

In a Recon, HIC, EAS, or 'ceptor, your DPS is not why you're on the field. He can use T2 small and medium rails and could instantly train T2 small AC's, arty, or blasters, and T2 cruise or standard launchers. In about five days, he could have T2 large railguns or T2 medium blasters. I don't find that list of capabilities especially limited, TBQH, especially when paired with his excellent gunnery support skills.

If your goal in a recon is to do damage, you're not flying the recon correctly. When it comes time to do damage, Skit can (Surgical Strike V, for example). But that's not the point; as I've skilled him up, if he's on the field, three or more of your enemies effectively aren't. Any DPS at that point is just gravy.
