You pop through a gate, and realize that the gate you just popped out of is well-camped. There's a support scorp enhancing sensors on one or more attack ships, there's jammers, there's scramblers. You're sitting there, cloaked.
You will be instantly targetted as soon as you come out of cloak.
You won't have time to make it back to the gate.
You won't have time to make it into warp.
What the heck do you do? :)

Easy. Call on your corp. Get 70 ships, block off all exits, and clean the campers out.

Tell moonewbs that you appreicate the complement, but it doesn't take that many BS's to kill a shuttle, even if it is them....

slap your forehead and curse yourself for being daft enought not to run a safe travel set up (lots of WCS and MWD)
Take a deep breath put you head between your legs and kiss your ass goodbye,
then target the ship you think you can do the most damage to...
Put the call into your corp and hope they're to far off or carebears
Engage
Die with honour and pray you haven't forgot to renew your insurance

Well if you are that poorly setup and jumped into the trap, id say congratulate them or curse your ignorance, and pay the toll.
Or you can pray someone else did the same misstake, wait for him to uncloak and take your chances as they go for him
