Ishkur. Its 3/3/3 setup, gun bonus, enarged 50 m3 drone bay, and heavy tank ensure its throne as perhaps one of the most versitile non-minmatar ships in the game.

hmm tough for either ishtar or pilgrim, t2 with a little faction for fitting purposes.
Both are fun in small mobile gangs, both are great for ratting, and ishtar can handle a good deal of lvl4 missions.
I miss Garmon =( |

Ishtar, probably, although I'd want to get my drone skills up a bit more. Decent jack of all trades ship suitable for most roles
