cos 12hrs they were selling for 970mil.. how do you think that is a reasonable offer. This is a sellers market and any sellers too stupid to realise this need to be ripped off by this offer.

there is no such thing as a 'sellers market'...
it is all about supply and demand, basic principles of economics...
atm demand is high and supply is low, thus prices r a bit higher than usual...
when demand is met, and supply exceeds demand, prices will fall again...
main reason actually for prices going up so much (other than fake tries by some sellers to raise prices) r ppl that tend to w8 till last hour to buy gtc...

Several other reasons also...global economy sucks. Who would spend r/l money for the game if they can sell in game isk that means nothing in order to play for free.
Less people buying GTC's due to real life constraints means they will up in value.
There has also been some market manipulation but I really fail to see how people are coming on here and selling GTC's for 750 mill isk when people in game are selling 30 day plex's for 420 plus...I guess people just like to give their money away. |

Talking about Economy and Offer/Demand rates...
Any way, from what i've seen from the past two weeks, there is already more offers then demands (a lot of WTS @ 750M - 900M with 0 replies, and fewer WTB's), so, applying these market rules, prices should already be lower... but hey, there is always the good old greed.
About R/l money prices of the GTC's, they are the same since like for ever so what is the excuse this time?? lol
I'm buying also 3 x 500M (1.5 Billion)

If you haven't noticed, prices for everything gamewide has increased. Maybe it has something to do with China making it illegal to sell online game currency for real money, about a week or so ago. Just a hunch but when people can't buy isk flooding the market with isk prices will go up. Just a thought. Someone in the help channel posted a link for the article, google it.  Just a sidenote, I used to be able to buy a CNR for 300 mil and over the last week they have increased from anywhere from 500mil to 1 bil. Go figure.

well to people who upset at gtc for 500mill
scrol back to yesterday
many people still sells gtc 500-550 regularly, i never buy more than 600 (550+ mill if i need them urgently)
dont believe me , look at kodus for example, regularly , monthly he sells 2-3 gtc for 540mill, look when he starts selling them
if you want get 500mil gtc , start hunting early, don't be lazzy and leave it till to late,
