Short form at end of post for those who prefer not to read my history
Back Story:
When I first started out playing the great game of EVE, I felt slowed by the process of learning the basic skills... My first taste of ratting made me think twice of being a pvper. So I mined a bit, joined a mining corp called The Shadows of EVE.
They were a well run corp, helped me out greatly in the mining department. It didn't take long for me to grow tired of the endless cycle of mining lasers firing and hauling back and forth though.
I bought and sold a few GTCs to get my money up to buy myself a pve/pvp char, a basic one mind you not a super powered char that I wouldn't know how to pilot. I bought this char and joined Standing Rock Corp with a freak of a CEO/founder. Was promised pvp and it wasn't delivered as much as I want, it took a bit to get director access and help mold the corp into a decently run corp. I left shortly after to be on my own.
Funminers was my corp name, just me hanging around trying to be a pirate in my t1 fitted Hawk, a few lol kms are around. After the ceo of SROCK had a meltdown she handed over the ownership to it's current CEO. He gave me 100mil isk to join his corp again to help with his war.
The war was a failure, out of the few battle we had we lost due SROCK having carebears and one stupid Hawk crazy pilot, in my defence I did pull out a Raven and Drake out but lost them in a 5 v 2 in their favour.
I had joined a pirate corp and left after a day due to time zone conflicts, They would play after I'm done for the night. The first 0.0 corp I joined was small and they didn't help me get to the front lines so I sat in a station for a day then left.
I rejoined SROCK for some unknown reason and left shortly after to join the ED alliance. Around that time I was having rl issues and had to leave the game for 4-5 months. When I came back I was deep in 0.0 with no corp and 5 ships that needed to get to lowsec, that was a scary first 30 mins of coming back. I was able to move my ships out with no harm done.
Well, sure enough I was asked to rejoin SROCK, now in an alliance and doing okay as long as they don't go to lowsec. (Why is it they always ran into gate camps when I go often and find a few ships that dock up as soon as I jump in system?) I wanted to go full pirate and was short on isk.
Well after two days into the corp I was given a director role and waited until they were out on a mission to steal all their assets and empty the corp wallet. I made 1.4 bil isk total and now going to live my life as a pirate doing my evil thing.
Short form: I stole 1.4 bil isk from carebears who trusted me way to much

I'd also like to mention upon emptying out the wallet and assets I asked the kind folks in the EVE Radio channel to inform them of my theft the chat logs are below:

I think RedSplat was being sarcastic and pointing out that the most interesting thing in your entire post, or posts was that you flew a Hawk. He also would be correct.
As for you being all piraty and wiping out the corp, you don't seem to get it. There are alot of Pirates in Eve that would never even think of stealing from a corp. People who do that are thief's, not pirates. Just the same as there are thief's out there that would never think about doing piracy.
Oh and 1.4 bill is kinda not worthy of it's own thread.

Untilyou want to join a specific alliance / corp one day and have to get a new character because they tell you to GTFO. But then again ou may not have that problem, who knows.

Well, before I rejoined SROCK I had been looking for a pirate corp to join, I told him I was rejoining old corp to help them and also rob them. His exact words after being told this was 'nice'.
Whether or not people do not trust me with director access means nothing to me, I play Eve to shoot people, politics and drama aren't my cup of tea. If that means no trusts me and I need a baby sitter when I need something from corp hanger so be it. I know betraying friends like that isn't cool, but they were starting to bother me about always needing my help.
Hell, after they had a moment to cool down they were still asking me about things, sure I'm guessing that talking about buying a character is a plot for them in try to join my new corp but I'm not that stupid.
What's the number one rule of Eve?

I too am infiltrating a corp (with an alt, of course, one you will never know is related to me unless I screw up on Teamspeak) with intent to rip them off. This is my first try, and I would appreciate any tips from the pros!

I saw you, planning this forum post. All giddy as you patted yourself on the back for how awesome you are. Smug in your confidence, you trailblazer you, breaking new ground. You smiled as you typed away maniaclly basking in the future acclaim you thought so confidently was going to come your way.
It just didn't quite work out the way you had imagined though, and now you scramble to shore up the inherent weakness of your actions and your post and it is at this moment as you publicly flounder and are ridiculed that the carebears have won and you lost. 1.4 billion isk can be remade faster than your new image.
