Character info on the website has been update to include an XML file with your character details in. I can see some super skill training/mining calculator type tools coming soon...........

Hmmm, I can't find an "import xml" item in this proggie and I can't connect from behind firewall here at work. Which is a bit of a shame :)

Does anyone have any links that could point me in the right direction towards using XML data in VB.NET applications?
I'm slowly teaching myselve VB.NET, mainly for LDAP queries (work) but creating some sort of app (even though it may have already been creaeted) could help me stay less bored at work. =)

if its a proxy server your behind theres and option for that under settings in eve-manager

heh, i made the suggestion that the stats should be online a week ago or so, and my thread didnt get any replies (or atleast its so far down the tree that i cant find it anymore)... and now see what happened. everyone is happy about it :P

Now let's see, I have an XML parser and a ncurses UI, written in Python, runs in unix... Is there yet an application which tells you how many skillpoints you need for each skill, after the next level? (I know a table exists for skillpoints for each rank and level of skills, but would be nice to have it displayed next to each skill...) Or what else could we do with this nice XML data? :-)

Very nice! Just saw it when I glanced at my char info, I love this kind of stuff, makes me feel fuzzy and tingly to be able to post it about on our Corp roster site. Of course now I have to write a parser for it :)
