However the idea was something about this: Webbers slow people not by a % of the top speed, but removing thrust from the victim ship, expressed in N. Frigate class webifier, cruiser class webifier and battleship class webifier: this last one is so powerful that can stop a frigate to 0m/s.
I wanted to see what people thinkg about this, but cant find the thread Is it deleted? Why?
I see a flaw in your idea. How can you know how many N's of thrust a ship has?
I dont know, but CCP knows for sure, as there is an indication of thrust, in N, for MWDs an ABs.

Actually if you 1v1 in BS vs Frigate, the frigate will win if no one comes to help the BS. Do you call it balanced? If you answer: they are tacklers, I answer: they can still do their job from 10km+.

Can the frigate really win? I've heard 5 frigates vs 1 bs = bye bye bs.. but just one frigate vs 1 bs = bye bye bs... hard to believe. Correct me if im wrong, give an example of which bs and frigate you talk about.
The BS wont kill the frigate, the frigate wont kill the BS. The difference is that the frigate can escape, the BS cant. If a frigate webber cant slow a BS so much, the BS maybe would be able to reach a gate and jump... so the frigate will have to wait 30 sec before being able to jump.

Erm, where did you get that from? Heavy Neut => dead frigate Light drones => dead frigate
If the BS pilot has neither of those, it's his own fault, and even then the frigate still has to break his tank. Unless you're talking about very well skilled Assault Ships, which you should mention, because that's not your standard run-of-the-mill frigate.
Yes im talking about assault frigates. You can neut them to hell, but you still wont be able to kill them, you can try with 5 light t2 drones together with neuts, and you wont be able to kill them. They are just un-killable and overpowered.

However game mechanics of EVE are designed in such a way so as to prevent bigger is better situation from occurring. To put it into perspective, should a dreadnought size web also exists that would cause BS speed to fall to 0KM?
You still dont understand. Sized webifiers wont make bigger ships better against small ones. It will only prevent small ships to stop (i'm talking about webifier, not scrambler) bigger ones.
So, i repeat, it wont make the bigger the better, just not allow small ships to slow a bigger one. Smaller ships will be still un-killable, but at least the bigger will have 1 chance of escaping.
