All I get is:
The page cannot be found HTTP 404 - File not found
at this page: http://bugs.eve-online.com/ingameboard.asp
(It has some variables at the end of the url, not on the url here)
Using IE6.

Yes. The page is working now.
Aint gonna test it atm, becuase I got nothing to submit (nothing you would fix anyway).

Dont they send the correct date to the user?
