ok so i have an alt in jita at the perimeter gate and 4 -10 battleships come to the gate and blow me up its bad enough with all the scams and stuff and the fact that i cant go to low sec to mine witheut getting blown up but to have these people in jita doing this is wrong ccp needs to fix it now people are gonna quit ovet this they have nothing to lose as the bs are insured and i have everythigg to lose you should be avle to afk thru empire savely

While I think losing a ship in lowsec is fine no matter what happens, under no circumstances should a ship in 1.0 security be at risk of being blown up by other plays. That is ocmplete bull****. Not to mention CONCORD should have blown them all up before they even got that far.

A number of people have - at least in the form of quotes alluding to the film, and one person did say "GRIEFERS ON A PLANE" which is fairly plane (Ha Ha, see what I did there?) reference ;-)

If the -10's gained safe passage in the belly of an Orca, then there is a problem that needs fixing : -5's and below are supposed to be shot at in 1.0 space if they travel inside a ship (although I am not sure an Orca has the space to carry BS's - anyone confirm ?).
If the -10's had a well conceived plan and flew all the way in pods or shuttles (taking whatever risk that means), to get to a 3rd party RV safespot in Jita, jumped in BS and took down a high value target for profit, and the perpetrating ships were taken out by Concord, welcome to Eve. There is no "safe" space, just a sliding scale of consequences.
But the Orca thing needs fixing. Perhaps like smuggling illegal goods - % chance based of customs detecting you have outlaws in the Orca belly, then destroying it and any ships that drop. Leaves the choice open to the pirate gang to take the risk, which escalates every customs official they fly past.
Otherwise, I see no problems.

The ebil piwates don't fly in the belly of the Orca. Since when did we carry real player passengers in our ships? Never. The Orca carries the ship's, the outlaw pilots however pod their way to where they are going for gankage.
