Tempest are realy bad ship now. To low damage (I have 150-200 damage most of time from 1400mm), bad ability to shield tanking (after nerf of Cap Power Relay), requrement to have a tracking mods - it simple can't survive against of other BS (2 level). I don't know, is devs testing changes at all.

Are you realy CAN shield tank with Tempest if you have more CPU??? After nerf Cap Power Relay I think it's not posible. May be only with Cap Booster, but it's a poor solution. Only for short battles and not for hunting NPC.
But problems with tanking - only one problem. Another BIG problems - a much of miss (poor tracking) and very very low damage for large projectives.

Now I think about of stop of my subscription for EVE. I skilled for the ship only and now my character are useless - I can't PvP in the ship, I can't hunt NPC BS - VERY low DoT (low RoF, too much of miss and laughable damage), no tanking ability. Is this ship (and my character) has any using now? I think - may be for agent missions only. The game is boring for me now.
