Count me in, I'm Euro [UK]. I'd probably suggest an early evening EST time so you can get everyone in; depending how late any Euro entrants want to stay up to play some poker :)
As for a day I'd suggest a friday or weekend, to rule out anyones real life job commitments getting in the way.

Hmm any chance this could be moved to the sunday? Got a party on saturday. It was a hard choice between women and liquor and poker and money, but it had to be made. If not that's cool, I'll be able to play in the next one hopefully.
