Celest should not be located in one region only. Celest members should be seen all over eve at all time. You are a organisation but the members in it should be acting more like selfsuficient groups
Teddybears have not had much to do with celest: But when we did the thing in aunene with tdg and bnlc you guys showed up in force. That night i added 18 of the celest members to my address book just to make sure you did not try to trap us.
Pirates wount fight like this. If we did we would join up with a corp in war or alliance in war our self. And head on with blob wars.
You know me darth, im not saying this to put down you or celest. But to me celest are not acting as pirate hunters. You guys are more like a huge force of soldiers with out a nation. Soldiers that keep to the lawfull side but miss all the wars.

Zarq you are right on. I was trying to say that but lost the meaning somewhere in my bs filled words. To be a true bounty hunter basically you are a player that is pirating pirates. That is something that is a very and noble thing to do which takes tons of patience and work. Darth I'm sorry but your post seems to be a lazy request for you to fight some people. That is not what bounty hunters do and I think this shows that the bounty hunting profession has lost it's true form. Even Celest is sick of doing all the work for such little rewards in isk and pvp action. Bounty hunting is dead and slowly pirates are getting their way with the poor souls of eve.

i know what u are saying folks... but we are trully tired of traveling the universe for ppl to just not fight, or move away..
im just trying to cut out the middle stuff, and im offering a worthy foe, us that will give other pvpers(pirates) a good fight.
its hard actually being held back at what u shoot at... i trully wish i started as a pirate .
had a look at ostingele tonight, that was dead also:(.
