1) NPC seeded ferrogel and other moon materials until the market stabilizes
2) quick reseeding of frozen or confiscated t2 bpos--said to number at least 150 at this point
3)roll out moon mining in .4 for the 29 dysprosium moons in .4 and the 23 thulium moons and 28 neodymium and 28 promethium moons in .4
4) freeze all capital ship yards in the affected alliances until the isk is TRACED
5) close docking rights in affected alliances if tainted isk is traced to outpost construction
6) freeze "game time pilot licenses" for affected characters and alts so they cant quickly buy another character on a different IP address and fund it with pilot licenses
Anything else?

Yeah indeed, don't screw market pvp'ers over for hundreds of millions artificially just because CCP made a mistake years ago, if anything give it a bit of time.

Real solution:-
1. Ban every player who anchored any pos used in this exploit
2. Ban every player who maintained such pos
3. Ban every player who knowingly profited from this exploit
4. Be as open as possible about how widespread this was and give as much detail as possible without giving out personal information.
And make sure bans are for all accounts for each exploiting player and back track everything, anything less than this is a joke if the scale is anywhere near what the rumours are portraying.

Why on earth would you reseed T2 BPOs?
There is a huge number or data core just sitting out there because its more bother than its worth to invent currently.
If you think corp is different than a guild or clan you have some insecurity issues.

As exploiting is already a bannable action, there's really nothing you need to discuss here, guys. It's allready in the books ;)
