You bet... 4 years of trillions upon trillions of isk circulation from next to nothing, there is something about it that stinks in CCP's breath. What can be done to fix it? If you thought the t2 bpo lottery was an isk-printing machine... think again. This exploit takes ISK to the next level... I'm quite positive the exploit has been used to create numerous titans, all of which used to destroy numbers ships... all of which have to be replaced by hard working legit players. So where does this travesty end? IT DOESN'T! CCP can ban the hundreds, thousands, or more that did this, but the causes it had on you and this game don't get fixed. In fact, the market is going to increase and you all get screwed.
Thanks CCP... thank you. And all I wanted was to feel like my effort is worth it. Guess not. You won't do anything to the hundreds-of-thousands of people this expolit has effected. You'll do NOTHING for them.

If the broken reactions-producing-goods-while-offline stuff is actually fixed, the rest of the problem will go away in short order.
They've grown used to huge incomes, they're used to living the high life. Now the income is gone but it will take a while to get used to it. They'll haemorrhage ISK for a few months to a year, and then it will all be gone.
Maybe the big alliances will have to actually work for their money now.

Look at the bright side. With free t2 hulls & mods suddenly costing ISK and no more ISK firehose to fuel armies of cyno & hauler alts GTCs may get cheap again.
So, if you take the long term view, there may be a silver lining for some.
