Things have 'picked up' a bit since last newsletter.
Although sales are lower than last round, the 'good' news is that it's not as low as the 'half way' mark (last newsletter) seemed to indicate.
So things seems to be 'leveling out'.
Remember that round #31 of the BIG Lottery has a 500M ISK prize.
It's also time to announce what the prize for round #32 of the BIG Lottery will be:
It will yet again be 500M ISK 
And it looks as if we will be able to manage at least one more 500M ISK prize for round #33 as well - Time will tell

The FA is sponsoring the BIG Lottery in order to promote awareness of the FA passport program.
Buying a passport allows you entry to the Fountain Region for hunting purposes (no mining).
A passport costs 5M ISK for a day, and 25M ISK for a week.
To get your passport simply contact a FA member (channel 'Fountain').
The sponsored ISK will be put straight into the pot ontop of the ISK from ticket sales.
Remember the drawing of the new, the 31st, round of the BIG Lottery is on Monday, July 19 1800 EVE time (GMT) in ingame channel 'BIG Games'.

You dont need the passport, you just gotta be able to gank them when they come after you :D
