Ok new story .
I was in jita trying to avoid paying taxes by using trade window to sell stuff , well I open a trade window and drop a REAL cerb into the window , and suddenly it's gone !!!!!!
Well **** how did that happen ? , So anyway I tell the guy he has to pay me , response is , tough luck you shouldn't try to scam people , well that was not the purpose of the trade window , was to avoid taxes !
Well after some convo it is plain to me he is not going to pay , all of which is getting me ****ed ,so as we are convoing I start war dec proceedings , And tell him as much , he says ya right whatever,
ok thats it war dec made !!
So I decide to go look for his pos's as he has bpo and bpc copy services available , boom in his listed HQ system I find an offline caldari small , hehe getting better , well I decide to cool of a bit and watch his log ins and outs , so after 5 days of watching this I see a pattern .
Well I set the war dec to actually start finally when I think he will be logged off for a good long while and coordinate this w a small merc outfit I have used b4 , and we dec him at the same time , so 7 hours later I see he is logged in , .......well lets see what he's up to , ....still 17 hours to live action , MMMMM lo and behold there he is in an Impel unanchoring one of the 2 towers I found , so let's see 30 mins till un anchor , mmm
I have my other char jump in a cloaky Prorator and go sit 20 off the pos while he goes and starts to unanchor his second tower, hehe it's feeling like my plan may work !
so sure enough a badger shows up from a different corp and settles in by the tower , (O by the way In a covert ops watching all this w this char)
Ok 20 seconds to go on tower un anchor, I uncloak the cheetah at 25 km and smash the mwd and ram him at 3600 ms.
Dammit he is backed against the tower ...............NO EFFECT ....CRAP >>>>>>>CRAP >>>>>CRAP ! ! ! !
O wait a minute , thats right cloaked hauler 20 away ...........5 seconds to go ....... biting my nails I uncloak the Prorator ans smash the MWD OOOO NOOOOOO ........like 3 seconds to go , wham! ! hit the badger with 0 seconds to go at 1950 ms , did it work? ? did it work ? o crap I can't scoop the tower, I am to far away , hehehe but so is he, LOL so I just cruise on over to the tower and scoop it , (prorator slightly faster than badger) and ask in local , need a tower trade ya one for a cerb ?
The char then says "Nicely Played" and offers me a contract( but not b4 a trade window offer.. LOL) for the price of my cerb and the war dec cost.
all in all a loverly week in eve once again

Why scam, I make very good isk not scamming , an inventor am I , so if your in Jita and see me advertising ships , be not afraid to open a trade or do a contract
