yea. EVE will be dead in like 240 years with this speed! A loss of 178 players a year from the record (42711) is horrible!

If only we listened to the hordes of people who left over the ghost training fiasco. EVE is now completely empty and will die shortly, so sad.

Yes, the absence of characters who only logged in for a few minutes a month would certainly be obvious in the concurrent player stats. I salute your impeccable logic.

For people who only log on for a few minutes a month, they sure do post a lot and whine alot on the forums. There also is this things called alts that you may want to read about, quite interesting stuff. Also what happened to the thousands of "zomg CCP lied to us" quitters? Those were the ghost training whiners. This thread is laughing at the people who claim to rage-quit and the servers still stay strong.

Actually, I apparently missed the peak by 93 people. So that's 85 people lost in 8 months, which means it will all be gone in 334 years!

Indeed, i quit eve after that fiasco, and i will continue to quit eve over similar fiasco's in the future !

I think you're confusing the large number of people who said, 'OK I will sell/consolidate/ditch my ghost training characters' with "rage-quitters".
I was one of the people who was disappointed and angry with the dishonest and clumsy way the change was handled. I'm still here. I've ditched 2 accounts... and some unrealistic and naive expectations.
PS Feel free to send me ISK to show your gratitude for me reducing the load on the server. Since CCP no longer have to increase 2 numbers every ~2 seconds or so on my behalf, lag has improved markedly.

it doesnt matter how many are playing or logging in to eve, as long as eve is being paid for the subscription on ur game time....its their loss if they dont play...not eves
