Not bidding but that stasis looks excellent, and it states that its optimal is 13000, not maximum operational distance, ive had npc bs web me from like 20k, very usefull.

Not sure how many of you use tracking links (personally, I don't), but please note that the 'tracking link multiplier' of 1.165x is currently the best available (tech2 is 1.15x)
