Technically if you want a capship for any other reason than a military or logisitical necessity, then you probably don't need it at all.

Sure, owning a power drill in your garage is pretty manly, but you look like a twat if you drill random holes in the wall because you can't find a practical use for it.

This also hasn't been helped by CCP allowing chars to be traded "legally" for isk, I think anyone that accuses a veteran player of having bought their char with either real money or ingame isk without any evidence to support it should be petitionable and dealt with in the same way as someone who uses a serious insult i.e. swearing.

The one thing that I would like to be petitionable though, is childish petitioning. I can't stand the type of character who knows the exact letter of the law when it comes to petitioning, and abuses the spirit of the law by behaving like a spoilt youngest child, goading others to slightly overstep the mark so that they can run to 'Mummy' and tell tales, regardless of whether they are personally upset/insulted or not.

Crazy personal threats, and real nasty stuff, should of course not be allowed, and should be reported, but those looking to score a childish point in the game through a petition should be petitioned.
