NoHawker, indeed being an unknown and being looked upon as the smallest threat is welcome in any free for all battle. However, although this situation reduces the chances of being ganked and destroyed quickly, it is in no way enough to assure victory. In a FFA there is no way to win without fighting someone at one point or another. The victor will be the one who manage to successfully destroy any and all of the 1vs1 and Xvs1 micro-battles that occur. So an unknown pilot that is considered the smallest threat cannot win without winning at least one 1vs1 battle.
That was not my case. I may have been unknown compared to legends like Molly/Sally (Who by the way had many fighters after her right at the beginning and still managed to make it to the end), but I was surely not a small threat with a BlasterDroneThorax. The tree ships I have destroyed mean that I didn't won by luck.
I disagree with you when you say:

Fighting capabilities are required, a passive nobody could make it to finals only to be destroyed. There is much more elements involved, I don't need to enumate them.
