the mineral market is actual;y DEAD the only thing worth selling is Tritanium and tritanium prices are only raising BECAUSE veldroids are becomming less and less apperent in solarsystems in empire space as people continue to mine it as its ore contains the most trit which is the top selling mineral right now ___________________

There is a indefinite amount of veldspar roids available via the mission system. It requires just a bit more thought, initiative and planning to get into than normal belt mining. Guess macros would fail at that.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. I see a lot of macroers lately in mission running ships. Well, what makes me think they are macroers are names like dfdshjh, fffns, and ssddijf.. and all in NPC corps. They all have 5 sec rating and fly the same Navy Vessels.

and btw when there is less supply there is more demand so really less veld = raise in price as people are selling it to the highest bidder, but the sellers cant keep up with the buyers as more and more people each day wants cap ships etc and need ALOT more trit for to make their componets ___________________

Same, Seen CNRs with dumb names drifting around the gates to Kakakela and Umokka, primary high sec L4 mission hubs in Lonetrek.
We really need to get CCP to allow PLAYERS to enforce a non-macro law. Just let them patrol the spacelanes in high sec in cahoots with CONCORD, and let them engage any user with a nonsensical name like "adsfasfsaf". Anyone stupid enough to roll a character with a non-name like that deserves to be shot up.
All in favour of a Player-based CONCORD initiative, say I.

This is our latest we got tired of seeing him in a nearby hisec.
It was kinda fun. Keeping macroers down one hulk at a time.

Till now the only evidence you have shown us to support that the mineral market is dead, is a graph which shows an increase in price of a mineral... ---------------------------------------------

Clearly someone disagrees or the price wouldn't be so low.

Hmm. For a dead market, the minerals I put up for sale sell quite quickly.
Veld is simply used in the production of MORE items then any other mineral.
If the price keeps going up, and the roid availability keeps going down, folks will switch to either mining in lowsec(YAY!!) or heaven forbid, 0.0(DOUBLE YAY!!)
With The incresase in production simply from the ORCA, the demand for minerals in empire went up. With the continous uncrease in players, the demand for minerals will go up.
It'll hit a peak where the cost of Veld will be so high, that it'll start driveing up the cost of ships. And it'll either bottom out the ship production market, or people will pay.
That simple.
Just becuase Veld profits are up and the others are decreased doesn't mean the market is dead. It just means it's outta wack atm.
Give it a few months. It'll balance it self out.

Actully Im rather sure as trit goes up, all the other stuff flatlines or goes down. Oddly trit is becoming more profitable then high ends, espically when you have a Rorqual to compless it.
