That article doesn't say anything about CCP moving to Canada, merely that CCP has the option of changing it's registered HQ to avoid silly politicians.
The politicians should be nice to you (CCP), since you're probably one of the few companies bringing money into Iceland these days

I honestly don't think you'd need an application if you wanted a job Chribba... They would probably design the doors to open for your tattoo.

English is as functional a language in Sweden as it is in Iceland, and for much the same reasons. So yes, Sweden, dammit!
àand the servers are in the UK anyway, so the mild Swedish climate doesn't matter.
Also, we have a similarly wacky english accent like Icelanders. So you would all fit right in here from CCP. Oh, and we like beer too! ♥

the actual server, imo ccp will relocate TQ for the new HPC server because ccp was/is interested in old nato base in Keflavik to make a server farm
All the HPC equipment in the world don't matter when you don't have the infrastructure to deal with the network traffic. How much of an infrastructure does CCP for that in Iceland?

Originally by: Danton Marcellus You're forgetting the reason for the move, should there be any, getting away from silly politicians, they'd not do that moving to Sweden and Denmark, forgetaboutit!
On the other hand, the advantage of Sweden is that if our politicians are silly, we can always just go and kick them in the groinà
(And by that, I suspect I made it onto the S-PO and FRA lists )
At least we don't throw shoes at them. Only the occasional cream-cake.

Indeed he is. One of only two good things to ever come from that country. Princess Madeleine being the other...
We'll gladly trade the princess for CCP. You have 24 hours.

Tell that to the people in Sweden that look like they've been dropped too many times on their head when I try to speak them English with my tad Finnish accent. Usually after that I say "Perkele!" and just start pushing credit card at them and pointing things and lists what I wanted to buy.
But I give probs for younger swedes, they're much more tolerable then some of the old farts, then again it's same over the gulf here, speaking sweden in certain places will only end up getting yourself a black eye.
Oh yeah, I would also like to ask for all swedes who know how to speak english to send letter to Finnish Parliament asking why we still spend so many excess euro's to teach and maintain language that's only a relic in the law book. Yes I'm rambling.
Can't speak, writing letters to finish parliament to reinstate Finland as a swedish protectorate.
