-5.0 and below, -5.3 is below -5.0, so pew pew!
(not sure if diplomacy counts, to not getting shot or not, try it in a shuttle/noobship first. I can't be assed to go to gallente space for any reason)

i got a base relations as -7.08 and with diplomacy lvl 3 i got it to -5.03.. just wanna know if i can enter the space with one more lvlv of the skill

You have a status of -4.99 or above you are safe. That includes your skills.

-5 = outlaw
-4.5+ cannot enter any hi-sec
-4.4 or below can enter .5
-3.9 or below can enter .6
-3.4 or below can enter .7
-2.9 or below can enter .8
-2.4 or below can enter .9
-1.9 or below can enter all space

So, when adding that 0.4 increase in standing from Diplomacy, i'll get the standing to around -4.63. IS that enough? the POS etc place will be in 0.6 space if that makes any difference (might need to fly through higher sec systems though:( )
Just need FACTS now before i start flying the 20+ jumps on my full of T2 stuff Badgy T2..o_O

oh well found the answer with search option, need -4.99 or better status to NOT get killed so only need to wait for diplomacy lvl IV to finish (13 more hours)
