I just finished claiming the Prelle constellation in Cloud ring for the Test alliance, if you want to test sov mechanics or build items please apply to the test server alliance. These systems all have 5/5/5 indexes and all the strategic (but not industrial or military) upgrades.
In addition to this, the system xzh-4x is completely upgraded with all industrial and military upgrades, which means this is a system likely to contain the most wormholes, Anomolies, Signatures, The largest asteroid belts and all the other goodies provided by having a completely upgraded system.
For the rest of this mirror there will be no Sovereignty bumps, if you would like to experiment with these mechanics please join the Doomsday Testing Alliance (DDCCP) with your corp or apply to the corporation with the ticker XZBIT (office in 6-CZ49).
If you require any corp roles or I'm slow to accept your application, please post in this forum and I'll try and sort it out when I can.

All applications have been approved so far, also I updated the original post because someone was attempting to steal sov in XZH and this is not acceptable.

Hey all, I've been on holidays and i'm ready to recreate the testing areas, thanks to Goliath and Masheen for helping out while i've been gone the alliance and executor corp is made.
I should have this finished by the end of the weekend, so assume that for this mirror the same rules still count.

This will be continued in this mirror with 1 change, I will only be claiming additional systems when existing ones are filled.
The sov testing system will be XZH-4X, if a few of you agree I will claim another system.

The alliance is open to applications
You can claim an unclaimed system and don't have to stay in XZH, but that is the only place where sov upgrades will be done.

I have an update on the test alliance; unfortunately CCP Konflikt cannot support this feature at the moment due to an immense workload from other projects. I have unstickied this thread.
