I have tried three times now, unsuccessfully, to execute a credit card transaction on the account management page.
The last time, I was met with
Quote:The EVE Online Account Management site is currently undergoing maintenance.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
After pushing the "Pay Now" button that charges your card.
If you need a consultant to develop a plan for a load balanced, highly available web application, my services are available at $200/hr on a contracting basis. Otherwise, please fix your site. |

They are most likely adding the "graphics card for PLEX" offer to account management. That is supposed to start within 1 hour.

What would suck worse is if you found out later that your CC got charged multiple times ... even though web site kept saying fail.
Has happened to me on other sites...

Well, sure, and that's why I'm trying to buy plexes - cash in on the rush!
But, seriously - I don't think the "under maintenance" page actually means under maintenance. I'm pretty sure it's the default "500 Internal Server Error" page, based on what's happened in the last hour. |

No, that can be done ingame. ESC-menu, "Convert ETC" button at bottom.
