After suffering their most one sided cap defeat ever at purely goon hands, I was worried they would sulk about the boards for weeks and maybe even retreat back to delve. The BoB of 2 years ago would have been shocked and appalled, and probably kicked an FC or two from the alliance. But you guys, with your drastically lowered expectations, have shown resilience in your devotion to the increasingly failing BoB brand. BoB can then look great again and tell pathetic Empire dwellers like me how amazing they are without their noses starting to extend, it'll be just like 2005 all over again and everyone in BoB will rejoice and want to post about it. BoB makes zero progress towards threatening 0-w sov throughout the week. They then gather over 200 Battleships with help from their allies AAA in an op to take down the cyno jammer. Even this attempt is beaten back and the the goon cyno jammer is saved and rep'ed. BoB then kills a few carriers and about two dozen battleships while using cheesy pos hugging tactics, and then proceeds to chest beat about it on caod. I think that about covers it.

We have only lost 1 fleet to doomsday and we have barely even attacked their cyno jammer, we have been having a good time raping goon battleship fleets and killing caps with our mobile pos guns instead :)

Metal Dude appeared to miss out some important details as well. Why not even attempt to remove the cyno jammer? or is a 'BoB attack' still planting a POS then expecting the defenders to do the attacking? I do think goons are doomed, but I can't see the way you're going about it is going to improve your reputation especially as it's on the back of another 'arch enemies' bandwagon. "We blued our enemies are brought all our pets and destroyed the worst players in the game" just doesn't have a ring to it. It'll take a very long time as well if you're not actually attacking the systems, just defending your POSs - or is that Against Some Authorities role? Captain Thunk
