Holiday,
Currently at work at the moment but hoping to get out of RL and head your way within a few hours.
Can anyone please give me how many jumps it will take to get from Jita to Yuzier?

Sad...if you were closer I would attend, but 29 jumps is just too far for me. Tonight is our Corps game night and I couldn't get to Yuzier and back in time to join the missions tonight. I am new to EVE (almost 3 months now) and this sounds like a great time.
Where are the "social" places in EVE? I am used to other MMOs where there was a central place to just hang out, chat, contests, etc when you weren't busy with other things. I have yet to find that in EVE. Jita is busy but not real social it seems. Mostly scam artists in the local channel.
I came to EVE because a coworker is big into the game and talked a lot of us into joining to fly with him. So I am still getting a feel for the game and the world of EVE.

Social place is your Corp or Alliance channel :P
And when ambulation comes it will be in stations at your Corp HQ and I guess the 4-4 Station in Jita will be pretty busy aswell with lots of stuff :>

I got there at almost the very beginning. Loads of fun, I got an Iteron V \o/.
Sorry to the people who didn't get anything/couldn't make it on time. I highly recommend trying again next year though. It was loads and loads of fun .
