My decision to go to Jericho was purely a role playing one. I needed a change and a drastic one. This scenario is part of my ongoing saga of the Forsaken Emperor and a nice twist to the plot. To all parties involved please understand that the following is all IC. I know some of you would really like to pod me and I understand, I considered this before making the decision to join Jericho and it was not an easy thing to do, but I strive for uniqueness, so my decision has been made.
A few things that will remain consistent with Jhered are his honesty, plurality and character. I have lied to know one nor cheated, stolen or abused anyone. Nor have I considered that my characters change in destiny should have any effect on the friendships that I have made in this game. If they have then you were never really my friend. This is a game and I am playing it the way I choose to. I pay the bill for this character not you! This is my definition of ôfun!ö and part of Jhereds Story.

Marichek, you have no clue as to whom you are angry with; me or the others who destroyed the Forsaken Empire. You strike at me only because you do not understand what has happened me. I sought council with you but you did not answer, so why must I answer to you now? You act as if you did not know me. Did my failure with ORCUS hurt you so badly? Did it give you amnesia and cause my name to flee from your mind?
Once we were like brothers, you and I and we flew the backfield of Stain flying high the banner of Curse and many feared us and fled from us. Like a knight of old you flew your ship into battle, fearless and unstoppable and the name of Marichek and Jhered Stern drove fear into our enemies. Now you feel abandoned, betrayed and stand against me. Is Jericho so evil? Who do you serve Marichek? Crice? Curse? Yourself? I say to you look around and check your back, look over your shoulder? It is not me standing there with the dagger at your backà.
Bandit24 my brother and my friend with all due respect, you stand with the very people that have pushed you out, used you and disrespected you from day one. I stood by you out of friendship and loyalty and when my loyalties conflicted with you I stood aside and allowed the parties to resolve the conflict. Always I stuck my neck out for you and Huff Technologies and always I defended you when others sought to take advantage of you. KOS to you am I? I ask you now, what would you have me do? What do you want for Huff Technologies, the company that once shined in the galaxy as the most efficient industrial corp. in all of Eve and now squanders its riches in the void of P3EN day in and day out!
I remember you Bandit24, you were the merchant soldier that took me in and taught me to be fair and just. You were the patron who taught me and guided me through the world of Eve. Now however, you are a stranger in a strange land that has lost his way. I ask you! Buy from me the guidance that you once cherished. Lo that I led you down a path of piracy and violence we did profit and we did become powerful and it was not I that led us to ruin but the lies and deceit of those we followed. ? I have stood with you at your side and watched you from afar and it saddens me and excites me that one day we would meet each other in battle. To the pirate syndicate it saddens me that I must do what I now do as I stood with you in battle and loved you like brothers. This path I have taken is a difficult one. But the visions of the Black Oracle of Curse were clear; a pirate king would rise and unite the North and would rule with a rod of iron. But this king would not rule by force or fear but by the will of the citizens who crowned him. I fear that I will not be this king and I fear this king will not come from geminate but from a place we least expect. The Emperor believed in these visions and his last order to me before his death was to seek the aid of an enemy in order to bring the vision to pass. I was stunned and confused for I knew not who to turn too. I believed at the time that I was to become this king and so I formed the Oracles of Cure and began the rituals to bring about the birth of this king. However, as I was about to begin the first transition I was approached by the Black Oracle again in a vision and she warned me that I was in error and told me what to do. The Emperors dream was in the hands of his enemy and thus I have come here to Jericho in a final act of loyalty to my Emperor. I do not care if you do not like this but is my duty to my fallen comrade. Rememberà there will always be enemies to fight so do not cling to old prejudice and vendettas for they will stifle your power and bring you to an untimely end. Curse oh mighty Curse the home of warriors and the true incarnation of Valhalla. Odin would surly bless such and image of warfare as I have seen with my own eyes. You are a dragon that wraps its coils around Eve and clinches the life from its bosom. Impenetrable is your armor and the flames of your breath devours all of your enemies. The blast of your wings shakes the foundation of the galaxy and the thunder of your feet is heard by allà and they fear you! However, your underbelly is soft and numb with the drunkenness of your victories. Even now your enemies sneak beneath you while you slumber and drive the lance through your heart. Anesthetized by your power and size the blade penetrates and punctures and the lifeblood flows from you and you do not see it. You become fatigued and wary and the strength ebbs from your body. Your muscle and sinew atrophy and your once penetrating eyes droop with lethargy. I bid you mighty dragon wake up and seek my council and listen to those that are among you who plead for you to turn from this path of destruction. Look into the mirror my lords and you will seeà it is not I who hold the dagger at your back!
I have come here to Jericho to execute the final order of the Forsaken Emperor, my final duty to the ideals he so cherished and the friend that has passed away. The prophecy will be fulfilled and I will not stop until the circle has been complete. I do not fear that I have made an erroneous decision nor do I fear the wrath of my former colleagues. Speak of me however you wish, the reality isà I am still Jhered Stern, the same Jhered Stern that flew next to you yesterdayà
This is the final will of the Emperor, it will be done!

Hmmmmm, although i'm currently away from eve, and just checked the forums to read all of this, all i can say is that i'm shocked. I know you well, and wish you the best in your new path. Each to their own. However, when i return to playing again i will have to follow HUFF's stance on relations with yourself. From what i read on this topic regarding bandit24, it looks like our paths will be crossing. Again, all the best, shame it turned out like this.
Ohhh and just a short message to HUFF.....I'll be back in no time at all
