Best 1v1 PvP Geddon i'd like to say. But the scorp would probably win due to ecm. So winner is scorp. Worst 1v1 PvP domi I think. A good geddon would kill a domi, and also a good phoon. If a scorp has ecm (duh..) it would also kill the domi. But I don't wanna name a looser here cuz the domi is so versatile and might just have an ace up it's sleeve. Best group PvP Really depends on what you want out of it. I'd say both Geddon, Scorp and Domi are superb groupships, but exellent in different areas. I say the domi, for two reasons. One: it's easy to be able to fly good enough, and second: the versatility. It's easy to setup for whatever you need from it. Worst group PvP Phoon. The phoon can be freakin AWESOME, but well. It's the competition, not the phoon. Best solo PvE I'd say domi. Raven is prolly better but I like don't having to monitor my missions and w domi I can just afk. Worst solo PvE scorp Best group PvE Domi again. AFK (keep distance) Remote rep + damage. Worst group PvE Scorp Overall Best Battleship I REALLY like the phoon. It's both versatile, skill heavy and has a cool idea: to be good at everything. But I'd have to say domi or geddon. In a domi, you can be great for both pve and pvp with really low skillpoints and the geddon is just MEAN. I can name no winner. Overall Worst Battleship scorp, tho I like it aswell. I kill them easily, even with a Tempest and that's saying a lot. Best group PvP Maelstrom - Believe it or not, this ship is a beast in a group, a bit of ECM to back it up so that the shields can hold off whatever damage can't be jammed. Plus it can fit three gyrostabs and still have a full active tank. Worst group PvP Raven - They die so fast and do crap damage. Best solo PvE Raven - A faction fitted PVE raven can't be beat for PVE. Worst solo PvE Typhoon - This is a piece of crap to PVE in. It's only marginally better in most PVP situations since the NSF changes. Best group PvE Raven - What's better than PVE'ing in one Raven? Two Ravens. Worst group PvE Typhoon - What's worse than having one Typhoon in a lvl 4 mission? Two Typhoons. Overall Best Battleship Maelstrom - I've flown almost every battleship in the game at one point or another and whenever I come back to this beauty I'm always pleasantly re-suprised. Overall Worst Battleship Hyperion - The best looking battleship in the game is also the most pointless to fly. Sad really.

Let's say you have a gang of 10 battleships, and you also have 2 falcons with you. Then there's not much use left for the scorp, is there?

Scorp def. > falcon in BS gangs Heh, I disagree with almost every opinion posted as of now and while it ****es me off, I won't post arguements to opinions, 'cos that would be silly. 95% or more of the people who post here have only flown 1/4 or 1/2 of the battleships in the game. Less than 99% can fly them well. Gotta love pulling statistics out of my arse.

If you replace those 2 falcons with rr-ing scorps youll be much better off. Remember that the rest of your fleet will have rr, and the primaried scorp will last for ages (should have a bit of a buffer tank fitted aswell), and can also neut the targets, add some dps etc. A falcon contributes no rr, no cap warfare, bugger all dps and therefore lessens the tactical ability of your gang imo. However I will say that the megaT can be very good in 1v1 situations Worst 1v1 PvP: The Scorpion is by far the worst 1v1 BS. Best group PvP: RR Abaddons amirite Worst group PvP: There really isn't a "worst" one imo, but if I had to pick one I would say the raven. Best solo PvE: Raven is hands down the best. Worst solo PvE: Scorpion is not very good for solo PvE. Best group PvE: Again the Raven gets my vote. Worst group PvE: 2 Scorpions are just as bad as one for PvE Overall Best Battleship: The Dominix gets my vote for overall best Battleship. It may not do everything the best but it sure can do everything very well Overall Worst Battleship: I don't think there is an overall worst battleship yeah there are some bad ones but they still mostly fill their role. I'm going to go with the Hyperion for worst. --------

It's a nice bs-gang ship tryin to fill a falcons role, but you really want a falcon in a bs gang. This made no sense whatsoever. The geddon is terrible for solo because it can't tackle. The scorp is terrible for solo because it has no damage. The dominix, one of the few really good solo battleships (solo battleships are bad though), would easily beat a solo geddon. All of the tier 1 battleships are amazing with remote rep setups. The typhoon is not an exception; 4 siege launchers 4 utility highs and 5 heavies make it a very mean remote repair battleship. The rest of your list is ok for the most part minus the worst battleship; the scorpion is excellent in fleets because of its remote repair and electronic warfare combo.

I dunno, the ability to mount something resembling an offense is kind of neat. Also, the scorpion is a ship PERFECTLY suited to anti-falcon duties (actually the raven is better thanks to the higher alpha strike and better base tank). Also, why is it that people seem to think nothing in the world can reach a falcon in a fleet but you can easily **** a scorpion? It gets the exact same optimal range as the falcon afterall. Sure it's not as good of a jammer but hey - it's almost FREE to lose, and unless you plan to spend the entire fight in a fleet warping from the battle the minute you uncloak, a falcon is just as vulnerable as the scorpion. I guess we can pretend people in fleets only watch for scorpions on their overview though.

Dominix is one of the most versatile ships in the game due to its drone bay and slot layout. When you encounter a raven or megathron 95% of them are fitted the same, and as such can be countered. You never know what you will get when you go up against a dommy which is what makes it so dangerous. Worst 1v1 PvP Scorpion - It was my first battleship and i loved it as such. But lets be fair here, does anyone honestly fly a scorpion in 1v1s? (and win?) Best group PvP Apocalypse - Assuming fleet fights an apocalypse has the ability to switch range on demand, spit tachs out to stupid distances, and has the cap to keep on firing. I personally love my megathron for group pvp but looking at the numbers its gotta be the apoc. (I have a general dislike for tier3 bs and as such teh abaddon will not get this spot, besides its ugly) Worst group PvP Raven/Typhoon - I wont even explain this. Best solo PvE Raven - theres a reason its all you see. Worst solo PvE Scorpion - is there a battleship that does less dps? Best group PvE Raven/Apoc/Raven/Rail sentry domi - Something that does damage while something else tanks. So anything that has decent range and dps. Worst group PvE Overall Best Battleship Dominix - Its ability to be a jack of all trades makes it my number one pick. Pure versatility and scary in the right hands. Overall Worst Battleship Hyperion - What exactly was this ship supposed to do again? Hijack this

With good RR I've survived a few times against decent sized gangs, usually you'll die but still can be a big help to your gang. Group Worst - None, they all have there uses in groups. Theres no real best or worst in group imho. Overall Best and Worst are circumstantial to environments / pilot skill and skill points.

I see a lot of people throwing the Maelstrom into the worst category, when it can throw out over 900 DPS and tank about 1000 DPS in a small gang fight, that's a heck of an 'annoyance' to and opposing fleet.
