Loud Bob, you really don't have much imagination...
Why would you want to be able to fly every BS in game? And be sucky at all of them?
You want useful skills? What is useful for you? What do you do in eve? Looking at your skills i think you are an average all-arounder who doesn't do anything well.
Why don't you specialize?

From your skills i would say you are a miner... but i could be wrong..

If you are npc hunting in dominix..
drone interfacing lvl 5 (if you don't have that yet)
gallente battleship lvl5
large hybrid turrets lvl5
controlled bursts lvl5
trajectory analysis lvl5
sharpshooter lvl5
...all other gunnery to lvl5...
...and then you need some cap..
energy systems operation lvl5
energy management lvl5
You should decide... do you want to be average(suck) in everything.. or best in 1-2 things?

Ok.. maybe i misunderstood you then.
But what is the problem then? I really don't see.. you surely don't play eve to train virtual skills!?
Come on.. use your imagination.. there's plenty to do in eve other than training skills. Go out.. role play, explore, kill carebears , steal ore,... be a  pirate? bounty hunter?
