I have a question about skill training. I thought I had it figured out then this happened now I am confused 
I am training Hull Upgrades (Rank 2) max 512,000 to lvl V 5 days and change. no problem.
Electronics Upgrades (Rank 2) max 512,000 to lvl 5 10 DAYS!!
WTH?! its the same rank and max sp lvl of 512,000. What gives? any ideas?

Every skill uses attributes. It's likely that your attributes used for training Hull Upgrades are much higher.
EDIT: actually, no, they both use INT/MEM. So I'm not sure what the deal is. Petition it? Or perhaps you'd already started training Hull Upgrades before?

Display bug maybe, or different clone with different implants, no idea.
Tried logging off and back in ?
If yes... current attributes (int/mem), implants plugged, relevant learning skill levels and current SP in each skill please.

It read 5 days and change for Hull Upgrades 5. I haven't changed implants at all. I still have me +3's. I will try to petition and see what they say. Thanks a bunch folks :)

Since they're both Rank 2, the Hull Upgrades time is either a bug or you already trained it some. 10 days with your stats is the correct time, so Electronics Upgrades has the appropriate schedule.
So maybe you should consider yourself lucky?

Nope, I hadn't trained it at all. It said 5 days and change. Well poo sticks. I guess I should report it to CCP and let them decide whether or not I can keep the skill or train 5 more days then. I was hoping that it was the latter and that Electronics 5 was bugged.

Have you tried scheduling it in EveMon? If you do that and it confirms the 10 day training time, then you know there's a mystery you need to solve. If EveMon does not confirm the 10 day training time, then you know there's a bug.

I just loaded Evemon. It shows 10 days as well. I reported this to CCP via petition. I await an answer from them. If they make me train another 5 days it will be cool. I just dont want to be lab;ed as a cheater or whatever. Ya know what I mean?

If evemon shows 10 days then there is no problem. the skill with 5 days had been partially trained previously and you just did not notice it. You can stop a skill training at any time and pick it back up where you left off, so some time in the past you trained that skill for 5 days, then come back to it now it only shows 5 days left.
