December Report Numbers in millions unless stated

December Comments
December was a weird month. After watching ship sales drop during the Orca expansion, I retooled the corporation and changed some of the makeup of the BPOĘs used in manufacturing, still sticking with T1.
Of the 1.36B in profits 800M came from T1 manufacturing sales. This was down as I had to sell and purchase some new BPOĘs causing some manufacturing delays.
500M of the profits came from reprocessing Orcas in Jita. For those that didnĘt spot the market anomaly there was an opportunity for about a month to sell reprocessed capital modules above the Orca sell price. Just to turnover stock I reprocessed 46 Orcas and sold the modules quickly to buy orders. At first profit was about 20M per ship but ended at about 5M per ship.
I expect my new T1 manufacturing makeup to hold profits in the 5-6% ROI range.
The Future The demands of actually running the company are quite light, and I donĘt see burnout being a problem in the near-medium term. I am forecasting sales to be consistent as I am comfortable with the markets I sell into. If the rumored T3 throws my production a major downturn, reducing my profits to an unacceptable level I would look to wind up the corporation and repurchase the shares at whatever the NAV is at that time.
EBANK Stock Exchange (Important Shareholder Information) I plan to list Cosmoray Construction on the EBANK stock exchange when (if) it launches.
What does this mean for shareholders?
Shares will become virtualized and will make the shares more liquid and tradable. Shareholders will need an EBANK account to hold / trade shares Dividends will be paid direct to shareholders accounts
What do shareholders have to do next?
It is important that shareholders set up an EBANK account to continue to hold the shares for when the exchange is launched. This can be done by sending a small amount of money to EBANK Ricdic, and an account will be setup for you automatically
Link for details on account setup
What happens if I donĘt want to have shares via the EBANK exchange? I will give advance notice of the change, and have a window of where the shareholder can sell the shares on the WTS forum, or I will buy back the shares at 100% of purchase price (1M ISK per share)
As more information becomes available I will post here with further shareholder updates.
Any questions, fire away?

The modules gained from reprocessing have been worth at least 600M on the market.

I have had several eve mails about available shares.
NO further shares are being released to the public, and I have NO plans to expand.
If anyone wants to put a want add on this post go ahead, and maybe someone will sell or put a WTB post in that forum and hope someone wants to sell you their holding.
Another option is to wait until the shares are available via the EBANK stock exchange, and MAY become more tradable.
The purchase price was 1M ISK and there are 16,000 shares Current NAV price is 1,072,000 per share and dividends are usually between 5-6% per month
Total return in 6 months = 44% (1M ISK with divs + shares is worth 1.44M ISK) Real return = 7.35% ROI per month
