About month ago i`ve got payment issue on this account: site rejected my Visa card with "Error: not authorised"? so I file a petition, and in short time payments on my account was unblocked. Interesting that GM says me I put some wrong info. on billing page, but since I pay this game for two years, Im not sure what exact info was wrong, anyway after I ask GM to tell me what exact is wrong, he told me that billing problem is fixed now and I can pay for it.
So now when I decided to reactivate my another account (character name Marco Vittori) i`ve faced same situation, and file a petition with request to unblock payments, problem is that during two days nobody answers it, and I guess if this issue wouldn`t be fixed before the New Year, payments on my second account won`t be unblocked in nearest time.

I had a similar problem, I just set the rating to 0 and got a reply within 2 hours.
I'm sure you do this, but just verify the information on the card as you're putting it in. Make sure the address stuff matches, etc.. good luck!

possibly the card you were using expired and new one was issued,just a thought

Call the credit card company and ask them to check the transaction logs.
Then work your way backwards... odds are its either you put in the data wrong or your credit card glitched for some odd reason.
CCP only does what its told as far as taking payments.... if you give them the wrong data...

Edited by: Jessica Deville on 31/12/2008 00:16:21 Well, credit card is valid, and Bank service centre wasn’t detected any attempts of it using (Like previous time). Though they always detect all of them, even those which fails.
I used that card to pay this account about 20 days ago, just after same billing problem appears, and here is what GM Panic answered that time:
Quote: Hi again.
The last payment was only blocked due to too many attempts. I have made some changes which may allow your payment to go through. Please try again.

I am haveing the exact same problem right now. Contacted support, told me it was some sort of "payment gateway issue", wich is strange since i have used my card for over 2 years. (mind you just got a new card and was trying to activate it).
I contacted my bank and they assured me everything was in working order. Im just a bit confused here. |
