Here are my nominations for a different spin on things: (Free permadec-FW perspective!  )
Best Player (all factions): Tropic9. He pulls off some amazing stuff. Doesn't plex though.
Best player (your faction): Tropic9
Best Corp (all factions): Wrath Of Fenris (we were formerly called Dearg Doom) I think WOLFY and DD combined are 4th in all time kills with just 3 of the 4 NPC corps with their bucketloads of members ahead of us... This has been done with just around 20-30 pilots active at a time. WOLFY itself will most likely be steadily rising on the all time list in the coming months. ;)
Best Corp (your faction): Wrath Of Fenris/ Dearg Doom, of course! :P
Best Plexer (all factions): No idea. Val Erian had the VP high score at some point I think...
Best plexer (your faction): Tie, Ashenshugar01 or Val Erian. Both are good fighters as well though Ankhesentapemkah is probably our best VP-wise.
Most worthy adversary (opposing faction): It used to be MENTL as a whole. I dunno who it is currently. I used to collect Ladel Teravada killmails as well, he always keeps coming back. DaiteISK has been fun to have around as well.
Best to have in knife fight in dark alley: Tropic9 or Vixisti(inactive atm)
Best FC (your faction): Our very own EVIL SYNNS. No question about that, really. He has not done much blob-FCing but when he does the results have been deadly, like kicking both Snigg and the Caldari in the nuts on the same night. Or downing a Caldari Archon with basically just our smallish BS gang. (with last minute support from other corps though) Amazing small gang leader as well.
Most dangerous pirate corp in FW areas: Most of them are dangerous. VETO, BALEX, Pirate Coalition, Sniggwaffe and many others. Maybe VETO though. (I hear good things about Tuskers but have not personally fought them much)
Most dangerous pirate: I guess oodin now that he's Sniggwaffe

Well that was a solo fight wasn't it?  Proves my point really, I think Jaro does a good job of keeping all involved parties entertained rushing against impossible odds (like your "solo" targets even though he knows you have a gang in local, and ofc he often has friends too), that's really why I mentioned him. He does provide lots of fights and comedy, doesn't he? And he's a decent fellow tbh.

Thanks for proving my point about WOLFY ;)
Loren is great and indeed top killer. However I have not yet flown as much with him as Tropic, that's why I nominated Tropic. And he *has* pulled off some pretty amazing stunts...
