Ive lost about 5/6lb in body fat and put on approx 1lb in muscle mass in this week alone. After about 12 weeks im thinking of doing some tabata training, its supposed to be murderous

I'm 21, 1m77 and weighing in at 60 - 65kg depending on the season and trying my very best to get a lil' heavier, ideally I'd like to settle for 70-odd kg but despite eating 3-4 kcal a day I can't seem to put on weight so unfortunately i cannot relate to these people :P Wyvern & Chimera fitting flowchart

Why not just eat a normal amount and let your body settle into its own pattern? I am not trying to be a ****, i am just saying that seems to be the problem with some girls. There obessed with there looks and how people see them to the point they will kill themselfs. Go figure been a stick insect ins`t a turn on. -------------------------------------------

I'm 1m75 and weighing in at 65 kg... I stay this weight all year... My body fat index is just barely over 2%. I also tried to gain weight once, but the highest I reached was 74kg. I currently only eat 2 meals a day, sometimes 3 when I'm really active physically and need the extra energy. Until recently I was drinking a lot of caffeinated crap, but now that I've given that up I feel better, and my metabolism is slowing enough for me to properly gain a little weight and go back to a more normal level.

Size 0 is an example as this is a very old problem, which is not getting better. The thing that girls suffering from anorexia don't realise is how unattractive they are, as opposed to 'plump' girls. And regardless of personal taste nobody is going to pick a skeleton over plumpness unless you have some odd fetish that needs councelling.

Your name & corp are perfect for this post :D I'm a guy & when I was 16/17 I was heavily anorexic, had EDNOS ever since (I eat about 0 to 500 calories a day & try to keep fat @ 0-5g, but I drink in alcohol & energy drinks about 1K+ kcal a day). It's not always about being attractive & the way you look, it's about self control and having too much of it - she sounds like the bullying she couldn't control, so she focused on something she could...
P'uck	Posted - 2009.01.04 07:07:00 - [26] A long time ago I saw a documentary about a (i think swiss) girl that had been sexually abused at the age of 14 by her sports teacher. She ate normally but stopped "aging" more or less at that time. At the time the documentary was aired she began to try to get over it and start growing again, intentionally. Supposedly her doctors said that is impossible, which she countered with "they also said its impossible to stop growing". oh and iirc that girl ate normally.
