What I would like to see:
1) POS warfare to be changed so it is less boring
2) POSes in general to be completely overhauled
3) I want drones to actually follow the "Focus Fire" option and not randomly split up after a while
4) I want all of the different professions in EVE to really become viable methods of earning an EVE-living. Mining should be worth it, but it should be more worthwhile in lowsec or nullsec. Ratting should be worth it, but it should be more worthwhile in lowsec or nullsec. etc., etc..
5) And of course I'm looking forward to the expansions, T3, overview overhaul (this is still happening in March, right?), Ambulation (fingers crossed...).

Already does that. If I prime my web/scram and guns at a gatecamp and I then lock the person up, scram/guns will go active but web is out of use-range so it keeps "primed" untill I get within web range then it auto activates. I just found that out actually a week or so ago :)
My wishes:
- Buff to minmatar capitals (nothing big though)
- Storefronts for corporations to arrive fast
Thats pretty much it...
and ofc that every little PVP'r out there can have his merry pewpew and every carebear his missioning/mining....
