Apparently if you kill someones drones they give the person agro like when you used to be able to shoot wrecks.

It isn't a valid petition, and it isn't a bug. Why do you think you don't sit outside of a station with your drones out? Ignorance of the game mechanics isn't really grounds for reimbursement .. especially if you are trying to abuse other game mechanics to avoid losing your ship in the first place.
